Kato Crews is a litigation attorney who provides representation in trials, appeals, mediations, and arbitrations.  He utilizes his litigation and trial experience to provide clients with a realistic and pragmatic assessment of the risks associated with a client’s particular legal dispute, and takes pride in implementing strategies to position his clients for the best possible outcome.

Mr. Crews has successfully represented businesses and individuals in lawsuits involving various legal claims that arise from business disputes, labor and employment law matters, and construction disputes.  In recognition of his abilities as a trial advocate, Mr. Crews has served as a faculty member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and its Miranda Trial Advocacy Institute.  His quality work with employers has earned him recognition in Super Lawyers Magazine as a 2011, 2010, and 2009 Colorado Rising Star in the areas of Employment and Labor Law.
