R. Brian Daniel’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Daniel maintains licensure to practice law in Colorado, Texas and Wyoming. He represents individuals and businesses with an emphasis on providing advice in the areas of commercial contracts, construction, corporate and partnership transactions, entity formations and dissolutions, real estate, business planning, estate planning/administration and probate.
Professional Experience
Mr. Daniel’s background stems from practicing in many areas of litigation and he has advised and represented both individuals and businesses regarding toxic tort, premises liability, product liability, personal injury, construction and provided extensive subrogation litigation representation to Colorado’s largest workers’ compensation insurance carrier. He also has several years of experience in the areas of insurance coverage, estate planning/administration, probate, bankruptcy, copyright and entertainment law and has participated in numerous trials, mediations and administrative hearings in both in Colorado and Wyoming.
Mr. Daniel is an avid triathlete and cyclist and applies the same degree of tenacity and commitment necessary for success in those endeavors to the representation of his clients. Locally, he is an active member of the Denver Bar Association and the Arapahoe County Bar Association.
