Ms. Culpepper's practice focuses on transactional business, real estate (commercial/residential, land development, leasing and acquisitions), succession planning, estate and probate law, with a significant emphasis on real estate, entrepreneurial business start-up, corporate governance and state and local taxation. Currently, Ms. Culpepper represents several land developers, which hold or control land acquisition, development and vertical build projects in Colorado, Texas, Florida, Nebraska, Hawaii and abroad. She also maintains professional alliances with attorneys across the nation and around the world utilizing her education in international Business Law, Business Administration, Finance and Economics.

Ms. Culpepper was the Founder of The Culpepper Law Firm, P.C. and a managing member of Culpepper Cochran & Harris, LLC. While managing those firms, Ms. Culpepper represented several clients regarding, acquisition/disposition, commercial leasing, real estate finance, construction contracts. Currently, Ms. Culpepper represents several land developers, which hold or control land acquisition, development and vertical build projects in Colorado, Texas, Florida, Nebraska, Hawaii and abroad.
Before forming her own law firm, Ms. Culpepper worked for the State of Colorado for twenty years, with fifteen years being in the Colorado Department of Revenue. Ms. Culpepper handled thousands of tax compliance matters, was an expert on such matters in the United States Bankruptcy Court, and subsequent to attaining her J.D., directed the management of seven business units, including telecommunications, forms design, tax processing, forms archival, logistics, and managed over 200,000 square feet of office space and 7 acres of land, including tenant construction, landscape and building maintenance.
